Problem with the highlighter tool

Hi everyone

Ive download adobe acrobat reader for my studies in order to be able to add comment on teacher's handout.

The problem is that after highlighting some items it always freeze, crash and close the window.

I did the last update and used the reparation tool but it did not fix the problem.

I was wondering if someome can help me

As shared above, that you have used the cleaner tool and that also didn't help. So in that case you might need to reset the application's

preferences.

You may refer to the help document- Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows  and follow the troubleshooting suggested in Step-5.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
