Problema stampa fronte retro predefinito

Salve, ho la versione di Acrobat 2018.011.20040, appena installata su nuovo PC; finora, col vecchio PC e Windows 10, quando stampavo manteneva in memoria le impostazioni, mentre ora col nuovo PC non mantiene l'impostazione predefinita di stampa fronte retro. Inoltre, non mantiene l'impostazione neanche subito dopo aver stampato. Specifico; se lancio una stampa e imposto il fronte retro, se non chiudo il programma dovrebbe stampare in fronte retro anche la stampa successiva, invece devo rispuntare nuovamente l'opzione.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are facing an issue in double-sided printing using Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

Please refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe article Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC

Also, try repairing Adobe Reader from help>repair installation, reboot the machine after repairing Adobe Reader and see if this brings any difference.

Make sure that the latest firmware/driver of the printer is installed as the duplex printing is the feature of a Printer.
