New Here ,
Jun 19, 2025 Jun 19, 2025

Hi @guillermohcastro

I'm following up on this issue. Are you still facing this issue at your end?

While we tried to reproduce the issue with the latest update available, it wasn't reproducible. Could you please confirm if the issue is reproducible at your end? Release notes: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html

If the issue is still reproducible at your end, would you please help us with the latest logs?

Thank you for your patience and support.

Hi @guillermohcastro,

Sorry for the troubled experience.
Please try uninstalling Reader from the machine using the cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/4laX4xk

Once done, reinstall it, if the issue persists.

Please share the following details and logs:

To help us investigate the issue further, could you please share the diagnostic logs?

To collect the logs:

  1. Download and run the Diagnostics Utility from:  https://adobe.ly/3T0HR6i
  2. Click on Start Diagnostics. Ensure advanced logging is checked.
  3. Launch Acrobat, and reproduce the issue with your file.
  4. Once done, click Stop Monitoring.
  5. Copy the Log ID and share it with us.

Since the application is crashing, we would require crash logs: https://adobe.ly/4kZ6igs

  • Upload logs to any Cloud Drive(OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc)

Sorry to hear that the app is still crashing, @guillermohcastro
Is this crashing happening with all the PDF forms or a few? If the files are located on a Network or Cloud drive, please copy them locally on the machine and try again.

Lastly, if possible, please share a sample PDF form and a video of your workflow. In the meantime I am discussing this issue internally with the engineering.

Good morning, I tried to fill out the form by downloading it and I can not (video 1), then I did the whole process within the web and are the videos that follow (2 and 3), I also attached the pdf form to fill out.
On the other hand, I don't have other type of editable pdf to know if they work or not. I await your comments, and thank you for your help.

When you open the form in Acrobat, before you do anything, save the file on your computer first, and then try adding the details.

Also, if possible and if the form is publicly available, give us the link, and we will review the form.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.

I try to fill the form with the downloaded file on my mac, in fact I have several versions, but I get the same error. Unfortunately, it is not possible to access this document publicly, you need an electronic signature, since it is a document to modify a business agriculture register.

I'm attached the doc.
