Problemas de Instalação

Não consigo instalar o adobe reader dc.

Quando a instalação está quase sendo finalizada, o sistema apresenta a mensagem que a versão recente já instalada, porém não tenho o adobe instalado em meu computador.

Isso aconteceu da ultima vez que tentei atualizar o programa, desinstalei o programa que estava instalado em meu computador, para baixar a ultima versão, porém não consegui mais instalar

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.

As the error message appears, that the recent version is already installed for the Adobe Reader DC but the application doesn't seems to be present in your machine.

To rectify this issue, you may follow the troubleshooting steps suggested below- 

1- Run cleaner tool to uninstall the existing or old version of Acrobat. This would also help removing the old files traces which causing interruption in installation- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Reinstall the app using link- Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

3- If it still doesn't work, then you may create a "Hidden Admin" account on system and try installing the application in that.

Ando tendo o mesmo problema, mesmo após a limpeza dos arquivos do Adobe Reader. Gostaria de um solução rápida pois já procurei de tudo e mesmo assim não encontrei nenhum método para sanar este problema.

Estou com o mesmo problema. Ao tentar instalar o adobe, o mesmo apresenta o mesmo erro relatado neste fórum. Já fiz os passos e procedimentos de limpeza sugeridos acima, mais o problema não foi solucionado!

Estou a procura de uma solução!

1 - limpeza dos temporários e registro do Windows. 2 - Apagar a pasta C:\ProgramData\Adobe. 3 - Reinstalar clicando com botão direito do mouse e Executar como Administrador.

Seguido os passos orientados pelo suporte da Adobe: Usado adobecleaner, removido tanto acrobat quanto reader, e tentado reinstalar, mesmo erro. Limpei os arquivos temporarios, extrai o adobecleaner, executei tudo como administrador, apaguei as instalações, reiniciei a máquina, baixei o adobe offline pelo link do tutorial, e instalei. Deu certo a instalação e resolveu o problema de impressão.
