Please forgive my inexperience, but I hope someone can help. I downloaded the free Reader two days ago, but have since found various Adobe products installed on my Windows 10 pc that appear to predate that installation, including AdobeCollabSync.exe, AdobeXMP.dll, AdobeHunspell plugin, Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-Package 31bf3856ad364e35-amd64-en-US-10.0.17134.1.cat and Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-onecoreuap Package 31bf3856ad364e35-amd64-en-US-10.0.17134.1.cat. There is also a manifest file called Adobe.Reader.Dependencies.manifest. I bought my HP pc new in April with Windows 10 preinstalled, but CollabSync, xmp and the manifest are dated March 2015. I don't think these come standard with the Adobe Reader? If that is correct, is there a way to determine how they may have been installed and by whom? Thank you for any help you can provide.
I think you may be worrying unnecessarily. Where do you find these and why do you care? Most users do not have the knowledge or resources to examine every file and know what it's for. Installing one product can bring in thousands of new files.
Of the ones you mention: Some of these are part of Reader. One is Flash Reader, a different product from Adobe. amd64-en-US-10.0.17134.1.cat and 31bf3856ad364e35-amd64-en may be Microsoft packages. Never touch manifest files unless you are a total expert

We had a hacking problem and various programs installed without our permission as per Microsoft, so a little on edge about things recently - and maybe too curious without enough training. If not out of the ordinary, no worries. Thanks.
