Question about adobe reader dc

When I open Adobe Reader DC and send a document through the envelope icon, Outlook opens, but it inserts a default signature footer from Outlook. Is there a way for my signature footer to appear automatically?

No. You can generate a blank email with the file attached, though, using a script, like this (free) one I've developed:
