When I want opt for print to file the pdf converts to a prm file which I cannot open?

What are you trying to accomplish. If you are trying to create a new pdf from the old one, Reader cannot do this (you can just use "Save as) but I'm not sure what you want when you are trying to print to file. The result you get is standard but what were you expecting to happen?
