"All Tools" sidebar opens up which is very annoying. How can I hide this permanently?

Whenever I open a pdf this "All Tools" sidebar opens up which is very annoying. How can I hide this permanantly that means whenever I will open a pdf this sidebar will not open autometically.

I agree. This is a terrible design. If I can find another pdf reader to use I will stop using Adobe because of the Tool Bar always appearing.

I have the same question. The registry edit, posted by Adobe, does not fix this. Any other suggestions?
