Hello,

I am Adobe Creative Cloud subscription owner, cannot get access to "Edit PDF" feature via "Acrobat Reader - Edit PDF" application on Android 11 mobile device. Same issue in Adobe Web portal, I get link to buy Adobe Acrobat subscription. Normally Creative Cloud subscription owners should have access to "Edit PDF" feature. Please advise.

You must uninstall Acrobat reader. Then install the Acrobat DC you get included with your subscription.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.
I did check list of my available applications via Creative Cloud subscription, Acrobat DC for desktop available with option "Buy". For my mobile Android platform I am able to use Acrobat Reader with "PDF pack" only. However here is limitation of my Creative Cloud subscription, I am owner of the "Adobe Dreamweaver" and "Adobe Photoshop" plans, clearly here is limited access to Adobe Reader Premium features. Will think about investment to Adobe DC + sign plan, best price/value as I can see. I get answer on my question.

Sorry, I misread your post; I thought that the error was on Windows.

Hello,

Would like to add some extra comments to this thread, as I can see, desktop subscription - "Adobe Acrobat DC/Pro" do not cover mobile devices, in offer mentioned "Windows or Mac", so for Android mobile devices still extra license needed - "Premium tools for mobile". Get offer for this package in my Adobe Reader on mobile. Would be great to consolidate both offers for desktop and mobile devices in one customer friendly licensing plan/access to product matrix. As well here is questions about Adobe Sign application for private use, how it's will work for EU citizens.

According to this page -- Pricing & subscription options | Adobe Acrobat DC -- the Acrobat Pro subscription DOES include mobile editing. Also see this screen shot:

However, clearly there needs to be a way to tell the mobile app about the subscription. I don't know how.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. For sure desktop and mobile editions of Adobe Acrobat family software provide different features depends of the hardware platform. As soon that PDF format is primary in digital world of documents exchange, desktop and mobile platforms should be licensed per user with device quantity limitations. Will try Adobe Acrobat trial program in this matter on both platforms as individual EU customer.
