"Failed to Load Core DLL"

I know there are many threads on this but i have tried all of them with still the same error message appearing.

Do i uninstall some update or instal an earlier product?

I downloaded this free program.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"

I need this program desperately and have never had this before.

Hi Ianc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and check.

2- If that doesn't work, repair Reader using "repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine and try again.

Could you let us know if you have tried reinstalling Reader? If not, remove Reader using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , reboot the machine, download Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  , reboot the machine and check.
