I want to know the "Print As Image" Option value is saved in which file or Registry Key,

Then I want to select the Option automatically by Program

As I was able to understand the issue, you want to know where Print as Image setting is saved in the registry as well as Reader to use this option automatically when printing, is that correct?

Once the Print As Image option is checked under Advanced section of the Printer, this option will stay selected unless its manually changed.

Does this option not working in Acrobat Reader?

What is the version of Reader and the OS installed on the computer?

Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

I am wondering the same thing, where does Adobe DC store this setting?  I can select it manually and it works but where is it stored in the registry or file system?

You can do a registry dump and compare the effect of changing. Preferences will be in HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\{trackname} subnodes. Don't expect to be able to control options in automated printing.
