Radio buttons loose their value/name when adding a page

Hello there,

I'm sure this wasn't a case few months back. When I make a PDF form (INDD export) with radio buttons and add another page with the same radio button content (name / values), the added PDF page loses (some or all) the values. New value names are usually "0", "00", "01", "1", "2" and similar.

I used this to make forms for customers - one was "send back" and one for keeping. Their content identical and when they checked something on page 1 it would be checked on page 2.

Now when radio buttons lose their value it's not the case anymore, checkboxes work so I do that instead. I'm pretty sure it's a bug that wasn't previously present.

What is the best way to resolve something that's likely a bug?

Hello Bernd,

"organize pages" tool where you can rotate, delete and add pages... there I drag PDF file from explorer to document and drop it where I want it.

"Organize Pages" is not available in Acrobat Reader. Does you use Adobe Acrobat?
