Hi, I just found this thread because the same thing happened to me. I made a fill in form with approx 50 fields (text & radio buttons, no signatures) and 75% of the fill in blue boxes are now missing. My Boss (& I) are not happy because this is our New Customer registration form that we rely upon to be able to shoot over to a new customer. I followed your instructions here, to look for the plug_ins AcroForm.api and Updater.api. Both are there. What can be going on? TIA, Kris
