REACTIVATION?

I renewed my account on December 6th, 2016 and I am not able to reactivate it? How do I go about?  HELP!!!!

This is the Adobe Reader forum, which doesn't require activation. Did you renew your Adobe Acrobat DC subscription? What is happening when you try to activate it?
