Reader crashes now that I'm using macOS Catalina

I have this problem and I can't fix it. I use Catalina version 10.15.4 and the last version of acrobat reader. I have already tried all the solutions proposed in previous posts and it still does not work. When I open a document, the application crashes after 10 seconds. And when I want to send the report to apple, the "send" button remains inactive. Do you have a solution ?
