After the update to 2019.008.20071, we have discovered that we were no longer able to print shipping labels from a 4" x 6" Zebra label printer. The model of the printer is the Zebra GK420d. Testing it with an older version of 17.12.20093.238000, it is able to print out the full label. The new update will cause the printer to only print out the top 1/3 of the page. It will cut off half of the address and no barcodes are printed.Print out.PNG

The above image is the print out with the new update. This print out is cut off.

The above image is the print out on previous versions. This is the correct print out.

Hi MS Shift,

Acrobat team is aware of similar issue that has recently surfaced (with the Oct 2 update) and working on a resolution on priority. Meanwhile, it would be great if you can provide one of your file to us so that we can confirm it to same issue. I have messaged you my email-id for sending files.

Thanks,

Ritesh

I am also having another issue when printing an ID badge. The information prints out but the picture gets cut off halfway. But I was able to find a work around.

WORK AROUND:

Try printing as image.

On the Print window, select the Printer you need. Then click Advanced.

Tick the "Print As Image" checkbox and try printing.

It is printing the full image for me for now.
