Reader DC crashes when a file with buttons is opened

Hello,

I have a file that I created in Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.  It opens fine with Acrobat Pro on other machines and opens fine with Reader XI.  However with reader DC, the program immediately "Stops working" and the file will not open.

When I removed the buttons from the file it opened fine.  Does anyone know what the issue is and if there is something I can do to fix it.  Thank you,
