Reader DC has stopped working on Server 2012 R2

I have a customer with a Windows Server 2012 R2 setup as RDS, where they have 25 people working.

All of a sudden Reader stopped working, for 1 and only 1 user. Everytime he opens a PDF file, it crashes. Works fine for everyone else. Doesn't contain a Recent File list, and crashes when you open Reader and starts clicking on settings.

Any advice?
