Reader DC not saving preferences

Using Reader DC version 2022.001.20117/64 bit on a Windows 11 system.  When I change a preference, close the window and reopen it the change has reverted back to the default setting.

As mentioned that the app does not keep your last change setting from the preferences. If you are still having trouble, would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1.  Is it happening with a particular preferences option?
2. Application version?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
