This is the second time it has happened after the latest Reader DC update. I have run the Reader repair installation after each problem was reported in Reliability Monitor in Windows 10 version 1709. It appears to happen when when computer is starting and not when Reader is running.
No updates are available.

Hi berts,
As per the issue description mentioned above, acrobat notification cliet is crashing on your windows 10 machine after installing update in reader, is that correct?
Could you check if an update is available for reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates
Reboot the machine after installing update and try again.
Also, let us know dot version of reader installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version in reader: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Thanks,
Shivam
