My son is trying to fill out some paperwork on a form in Acrobat Reader DC. Part of the form asks you to add images. When he does this, the images are added but they are flipped upside down. There are no tools or options to rotate it the right way. When I download the same form on my Macbook and add the same image it adds it correctly. He's on Windows 10 (64-bit) and using latest version of Acrobat Reader DC. This is very frustrating as he needs to have this paperwork filled out ASAP.
thank you,
- keith
You should edit the image before importing it, using a simple photo editor. It most likely has a rotation flag set (if it was taken using a digital camera) so most applications know how to display it correctly, but maybe Reader doesn't. It's actually possible to rotate it within Reader, but the form's author should have done something to enable you to do it. You can't do it on your own.

Actually, even on my macbook some of the images get rotated when added.
