Reader_SL.EXE System Error

I need help trying to resolve reader_sl.exe system error because API-MS-WIN-CRT-Runtime- I1-1-0-DLL is missing without the runaround on your site. Is this an Adobe error or virus? Should I delete and reinstall Adobe Reader?
