I am sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, what is the error message or error code you are getting while downloading Adobe Reader?

Try downloading Adobe Reader from the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox

Try downloading Adobe Reader from the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox or Safari.

If it's a personal computer, please connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network or to a mobile hotspot and then try downloading.
If security software is installed, disable it for testing purpose, reboot the machine and try downloading Adobe Reader.
Note: Disabling Security software is for testing purpose, please enable it back.
Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

I can open files in Adobe Reader, but when I try to convert them,
it takes me to this screen and not to my Convert account.
Then in Reader, it gives me this message, when I'm clearly online.
My security software was disabled for this attempt. Please help. Thank
you!
