Reading/recognizing out loud when something is a link

How do I get adobe to say announce when something is a link, rather than just read the text?

As of now, all the reader does is read the link out loud, but it doesn't actually SAY that it's a link. How are people who are visually impaired going to know it's not just normal text within a paragraph?
