Hi, I had purchased the Month to Month package for Adobe acrobat ProDC, for one time use, and that’s what I did.
I was not expecting to be changer again the next month (I guess I did not understand, that Adobe will charge me till I cancel it).
Anyway, 21Hrs back I was charged for this month, and I immediately called Adobe cust support to see if its possible to refund it, but looks like Adobe has no such policy even if I did NOT use it and it’s not even full 1 day. That’s very sad.
You guys should look into it, either prorate it or Give a credit for not using (but paying for it), so I can use it the next time.
