You don't "install" ExportPDF. It's an online service.

You can access it through Adobe Acrobat Reader which you do install. You can get that at Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Or you could just use ExportPDF online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
