Right click print issue

New Here ,
Dec 22, 2021 Dec 22, 2021

Hi, we are planning on update from DC2017 to DC 2020 on server 2016, when we update to patch 2020.004.30017 (newest version), the right click print function will get and error message "Adobe Acrobat Reader 2020 has stopped working" and will need to close the program.

But the same install on Windows 10 works perfectly fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.
