Buongiorno, ho chiesto la trial di adobe reader pro per 7 giorni, al settimo giorno ho disattivato l'abbonamento in quanto non mi serviva più utilizzare il programma. Però voi mi avete comunque addebitato il costo dell'abbonamento, pur essendo ancora in tempo a disdirlo. Posso avere il rimborso? grazie.

Hello, I asked for the trial of adobe reader pro for 7 days, on the seventh day I turned off the subscription because I did not need to use the program anymore.

But you still charged me the cost of the subscription, although still in time to cancel it. Can I get a refund? thank you.

There is no such thing as Adobe Reader Pro. Reader is free and requires no subscription. In any cased. this may be helpful: Come annullare il piano o l’iscrizione ad Adobe Creative Cloud

I alsScreenshot 2025-06-14 144427.pngScreenshot 2025-06-14 144447.pngo subscribed to a 7 day trial of Adobe Reader Pro from here in Italy.  It gave me access to normally paid features during the trial but I cancelled it on the 6th day.  Please see screenshots of email of cancellation in April 2025 which show the entity as Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited. I have since received 2 debits via my paypal for May and now June which I contested to Paypal but have not yet been refunded.  Paypal cancelled the automatic debit and said I should contact you but I am struggling to find the correct contact details for this.  Please clarify. Ho pagato la penale, vorrei essere rimborsata, sia dei due mesi che non ho usufruito e della penale stessa. Il piano era gratuito per me studente ma così non è stato. Senno procederò per vie legali.
