Save and Load Sessions script results in an internal error

I am running Acrobat Pro DC 2018 and have the "Save and Load Sessions" third party Adobe Script installed.  I didn't have any issues with this script on my old laptop (with the same or very close Acrobat version), but my new laptop results in a pop-up stating "An internal error occurred."  Both laptops are Windows 10.

I first thought the Anti-virus software on the new laptop was the culprit; but disabling it still results in the internal error.

Since it's a third party script with which I'm having a problem, perhaps this is not the best place to ask for help.  But I'm wondering if there is some way for me to potentially home in on the root cause.  The vendor hasn't replied to my request for support.

I'm the vendor, and last I heard from you you were running it on a beta version of Acrobat, which I can't support.

If that situation changed then I wasn't aware of the issue. Anyway, this is not the place to discuss it. Please send me an email.

The vendor reached out to me and it turns out I missed one of the proper configuration steps.  The script is now operational for me and working great.

My apologies for taking up bandwidth by this superfluous discussion; and my thanks to the vendor for helping me root cause the issue.
