Save As function not working.

For the last two days, the Save As function has not worked.  The smaller window opens, but it remains blank:  no selection of recent directories and no action buttons.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sory to hear that. As described the save as window is blank.

 

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving the file ' and 'Show online storage when opening the file' > Click OK and reboot the computer.

 

Also make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates .
