Save without key code

I receved a PDF documento by Outlook with keycode. I open it but I want to resave it without keycode. How to do that?

I know the password, but I want to save it to don´t ask the password again in the next open...

Not possible with Acrobat Reader. When you know also the permission password you can remove the open password with Adobe Acrobat.
