Scaling issue in settings window

Hi,

I have a laptop with a 4K (3840 x 2160) display and have had issues with text scaling in various programs.  I have tried various combinations of Windows display resolution and text size and have now settled on full recommended resolution of 3840 x 2160 and text size scaling of 225%.  Adobe Reader seems usable although the menu text is tiny compared to Toolbar text.

My main issue is this.  When looking into >Document Properties >Additional Metadata..., Adobe renders the window as follows.  The text boxes and text scaling is completely wrong. Any ideas why this is happening?
