screen reader and indian languages

I use JAWS screen reader in my laptop. i have installed all teh indian languages available from vocaliser express for JAWS and i am interested in TElugu

i Got one telugu pdf from  bookshare.org, an accessible  compilation of books and i was unable to use reader DC to read the document. i exported this pdf to word and JAWS was able to read the telugu script.

what should i do so that JAWS screen reader would read the telugu pdf in reader DC
