scrolling glitch

Hi, so my problem is when scrolling up or down the view keeps jumping back to the top or some other point I was before. There doesnt seem to be any order to it. I'm wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong?

Hey there!

As described above, when scrolling up or down the view keeps jumping. Would you mind confirming the exact version of Adobe Acrobat or Reader you are working on? 

1- Is this a experience with one specific document or multiple? Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update. 

2- Open app>View >Page Display>select Enable Scrolling 

Still no luck? For testing, try these steps-

Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.
