Scrolling with Select tool

Hi

When I try to de-select the cursor by clicking on a white, non-text area on my pdfs after Commenting, the cursor continues to blink near the text with the Select Tool.

I use the Select Tool to copy text but would also like to scroll through the pdf with my arrow keys. However, with the cursor blinking near the text, scrolling through the pdf with my arrow keys is quite annoying. Also, this issue is new and I have been able to scroll through pdfs with the Select Tool and arrow keys before.   

I use Windows 10 and my Adobe version is 2015.023.20056
