Search results are often wrong

I have seen many times now that search results are directly wrong in acrobat reader. Most errors can be avoided when disabling fast search(with fast search its wrong so often its useless). But even with it disabled it still fails often. See the attached image for example. Any chance we can get this fixed? Its been this way for a long time.

Can you share a sample file that demonstrates this issue?

Unfortunately not right now, as the file I experienced it with this time is internal documentation. 

However, I can say its something which happens a lot of times, especially if fast search is enabled. 

If I experience it again with a sharable file I will update this topic.
