Secure PDFs on Chromebook

This may have been asked already but I do not see a current thread on it.  I am trying to figure out if there is any way to view secured PDFs on my Pixelbook.  I have Adobe Reader DC downloaded and installed but when I go to open a secured PDF I get an error message that says:

Error, This form requires Adobe Reader DC for Mac of Windows.

Is there a way around this or is there no current support for Chromebooks?  Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

As of now, Adobe Reader is not supported on Chromebook. You may use Adobe Wish form to file a feature request Feature Request/Bug Report Form
