security settings error for smartsource

to print coupons i had to download this adobe acrobat DC and when trying to print a message pops up "Network error: printing was  interrupted, please try again. not allowed error: security settings prevent access to this property or method" and i cannot access security on adobe acrobat to change anything. anyone know how to change this junk?
