Send&Track not working

HI, I'm trying to send a PDF with send and track to some people and every time I try to create a link it says that I have no internet connection. my internet is fine for edge, IE, chrome, outlook. so I know its not my internet.

As you get "No internet connection" message while creating the link, please try once the troubleshooting steps provided here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Please let us know if you are using Send & Track feature online or in a desktop application.

Can you share the screenshot of the error message you get?

Generally, this message comes when the system is not connected to an Internet connection.

Did you try the troubleshooting steps provided here:  Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications?

Please try to use the send & track feature online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

Check if this works fine or you still get the same error message.

I have another screenshot that shows I am connected to the internet, tried the send & track feature online, did the troubleshooting steps, and still not working. I use this 5-6 times a month with no problems and now it starts to act up.adobe send and track 2.PNG
