separate and rename with differenet names and pages

hi everyone i need your help

i have a scan one book with example 500 pages and we need to seperate and rename automatically based on content where i selected or i dont now can anyone explain me because is my first time i use adobe i  dont know more information about what can i do?

for example scan the book with 500 and save it as a file, then you have to divide the pages
automatically and also automatically name pages only in the name of the first page always,
for example with the first 4 pages I want you to name them with the name that has the first page in a certain area and this way each of the beginnings has a different name and a different page number
