Signature field is missing on mobile phone

Dear all,

sadly the signature fields are missing when opening the pdf form on mobile device like iPhone or Android.

On the PC everything works quite fine but I'll need employees to sign the forms on their mobile device.

Any ideas?

thanks for your quick response. Am I wrong but the discussion won't help me with fixing this problem, right? It's just a confirmation my problem is a thing since 2018.

Correct. There's no solution. Digitally signing is not possible on a mobile device, at least not using a field. You will need to use something like Adobe Sign for it.
