Hello, @S. S

The workarround for this issue is to open the file via a web browser, so signatures are shown.

Thanks again for you time and help.

Even using Adobe DC the issue remains the same

Mesmo usando o Adobe DC, o problema continua o mesmo

This most likely is due to an error in the PDF file. A minor error allowing some PDF viewers to ignore or repair it, but an error nonetheless.

Can you share the signed file for analysis?

Hi @Edson_Silva78,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat on signatures.

This issue is observed only when the signatures' key figures are outdated or a corrupt signature file is used (as suggested above).

In such scenarios, it would be really helpful if we could get a sample file for a further deep dive into the situation.

Also, about the browser situation, web browsers tend to bypass a lot of security checks, which Acrobat does not, and if such an issue is observed on digital signatures, Acrobat would most definitely flag it.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Souvik.
