Signed up for Adobe free trial and still can't convert pdf to word

So I signed up for the Adobe free trial so that I could convert a document from pdf to word. However, each time I follow the directions and click 'Convert' on the pdf document, I keep getting sent to the page where it tells you to pay for the service. So I'm lost on what to do now.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that app prompts you to start a free trial even if you have paid for it. 

It could be because you might be signed in with a different email and started the subscription on a different email. Kindly check the email if it is the same or not?
