Single key accelerators end up producing unwanted results when used

Greetings,

I am experiencing a problem with the single key accelerators, specifically with the "K" key for stamping, which does not activate the stamping tool as intended. Instead, it inserts a blue tic with a text box feature to a random line of text inside the PDF that happens to be active at the moment of clicking the key. I will attach a picture to this message to provide a better understanding of the issue.

As someone who relies heavily on the stamping tool, this issue has become increasingly frustrating. Having quick access to the tool is essential for a seamless workflow, and this malfunctioning key accelerator is hindering that.

My current version is 2023.001.20093 (64-bit) on Windows 10. Interestingly, this issue has not presented itself on my other computer that is running Windows 11. Could anyone shed some light on what might be causing this problem?
