snapshot problem

New Here ,
Mar 15, 2017 Mar 15, 2017

Hi All, Im studying at TAFE and use "Word" and Adobe Reader a lot for my reports. When I try and take a snapshot from reader and paste it to Word I get the snapshot pasted on an oblique angle. I am running the latest adobe but an old version of word on a new mac book pro. I have a screen shot but can't attach to this question so any help much appreciated.

I have worked out that if i click from one corner each time the snapshot gets wound up in some weird digital way. if i do the snap shot from opposite corners it un winds and finally prints the picture with the correct perspective. how weird is that. A digital tangle. Ha Ha

Hi Grantr66329927,

Please confirm the operating system version you are using.

Also, please share the exact steps you are following so we can try and replicate the same at our end and will get back to you.

Thanks,

Replicate the steps?

I click on the take snapshot and then put a box around the picture to copy and then try to paste it to my report. I click one corner then drag to the next diagonal corner. if i click from the same corner each time the picture gets wrapped up. so i have worked out if i click the opposite corners a few times the picture un wraps and finally i can paste the picture. so at least I can continue with my report. If i go the same way each shot is more oblique and then if i go the opposite each shot gets less warped and finally i can paste the picture.

hope this makes sense

regards Grant.
