Storage issues on Acrobat reader

I deleted a bunch of files off of Document Cloud but it won't allow me to save anything else. I get an error message saying that my storage limit has been exceeded. How can it be full after I deleted numerous files?

It depends on the size of the file you're trying to upload. If it's bigger than the sum of the files you've deleted, then yes.

Also, make sure they are actually deleted and not in a Trash folder, or something like that.
