Strange colours/appearance when I click on a pdf

I can open a PDF just fine. I can scroll down and up and nothing odd happens, but as soon as I click on it, this happens:

I've tested this with multiple PDF, the same thing happens. I don't get this issue viewing PDFs in Chrome or other browsers.

 

Edit: I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried using the tool under Help>Repair Installation.

I'm running Windows 10.
