Style of signature

I am using Adobe reader and register my signature by typing.

Although I could select several style for my typed signature before but recently I can only use one style.

I think the recent update affected this feature.

If you could advise me how to revert the feature so that I can select from several type of style for signature,  I would appreciate it.
