I can't see my toolbar buttons anymore. They're still there and work when I click on them, but I can't see them. It's all just white space right now. Everything else still works. I recently had to restore my computer to a previous date, and that's when this happened. Before this everything was fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!

Hi Tristan1325,

I assume you are working on the windows computer and referring Acrobat Reader DC

If the application is not displaying correctly, would suggest you to "Reboot" your computer once and close the Acrobat services running at the background.

  • Open task manager >Process> Close Acrobat
  • If it still doesn't work then Repair the installation of the application. Launch Acrobat >Help>Repair Installation
  • If you still can't see the application loading correctly, then you must uninstall and reinstall.
  • Use cleaner tool to uninstall the application- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

And install it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Regards,

Akanchha
