Text boxes get linked to multiple pages

Can someone help me understand what I should do when the same text boxes appear in multiple pages and causing the duplicate text boxes to appear in inappropriate places on the other pages of the document? When I delete those text boxes, all the other duplicates, including the original, disappears. I asked before, and the answer was "if the fields have the same name/label, this will happen. Please make sure that the fields on different pages have different names/labels." I don't exactly know how to do that. I want to put a stop to that somehow, but couldn't figure it out.
